Sale and promotional prices are only valid during the specified promotional or sale period.  We do not offer rain checks or extend sale/promotional prices to products purchased prior to or after the sale/promotional period. Sale and Promotions are not extended to Dealers and cannot be combined with other discounts.

Warranty Policy

90 Day Warranty on all products EXCEPT products that are specifically set forth under The Pathfinder School LLC or Self Reliance Outfitters individual product warranties. If you purchased one of our products through one of our Dealers you will need to contact that company for a warranty replacement.

ANY modifications to the original design or implied use will void any implied warranty.

Return Policy on Product

If you decide you do not want the product, you may return any unused or unopened product for a *refund or gift card (minus shipping charges. Clearance items are excluded).  However, you have 30 days from the ship date to so. ALL RETURNS (except warranties/defectives) are returned at YOUR EXPENSE and will not be included in your refund or store gift card.  No return (other than warranties) past 30 days will be accepted. Credit will only be issued for product ONLY. Your return must be returned with your email order confirmation or packing list from your original order. Any returns that do not have a copy of your email order confirmation or packing list will not be processed.

Refund Processing:

All refunds (including canceled orders) will be refunded by the original payment method or store gift card if requested. All non-US refunds will be issued in the manner in which the order was paid or store credit if requested. Refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

Product Patent Information:

Our company developed the compact hunting system known as The Pocket Hunter, as well as the manufacturing process and proper formulation for the Inferno products, not to mention hundreds of hours spent field testing the performance of the products under various environmental conditions, resulting in full patents issued by the U.S.P.T.O., with that said, it is incumbent that we protect that investment.  It is our policy to contact third parties who make, use, offer for sale or import products or services that may infringe our intellectual property rights.
